Mixed Feelings
To cut the story short, Henry is staying, Pires is leaving, and Rosicky is coming. Finally, after all these months, Henry decided to stay. It was not a big suprise to me. I always thought that he'll stay if Arsenal lost the final. We lost last week, and therefore he stayed. But i also thought that Pires will stay if Henry stays. Well i was wrong. He decided to accept the new challenge at Villareal. He decided to leave. He was my favorite player, one of the most sublime talents ever to grace Highbury. The best thing about him is that he could time his runs into the penalty area to perfection. He has been instrumental to the Club’s success since his arrival in the summer of 2000; helping the team to two league titles in 2002 and 2004 as well as picking up two FA Cup winners’ medals in 2003 where he scored the winning goal and in 2005. He was also a key member of the record-breaking “Invincibles” side that went 49 games unbeaten. In fact, he's one of only five Arsenal players to have won the Football Writers’ Player of the Year award (2002).

Goodbye and goodluck, my hero, my true musketeer...
